A quick call or visit to your authorized local product service center about any issues you have with your new product, no matter where you purchased it, could save you a lot of time and aggravation.

Authorized service centers regularly receive the latest factory service bulletins or they may have seen your issue on someone else's product and know a quick and easy fix that they can perform under the manufacturer's warranty. Or they might suggest an adjustment or part replacement that you could make to solve the issue.

Visit your local authorized service center and meet the technician or owner. Learn how their business can be a great asset for keeping your equipment running well.

Also look for the EETC Technician Certification plaque on their wall. The EETC (The Equipment and Engine Training Council) is the industry association focused on technician certification and school accreditation.

If you see an EETC Technician Certification plaque on your service center's wall, you can rest assured that they employ competent highly skilled from the use of any products.


New Defective Items Purchased From

All merchandise is warranted under coverage provided by the manufacturer of the item or the product.

You must obtain an RMA # by contacting us at for all goods purchased from that meet the manufacturer's warranty conditions as new defective and that you believe should be replaced, returned or scrapped.

No credit will be issued for any new defective item unless an RMA # has been issued.
